At VOX CURA, diagnosis begins with a complete assessment of the voice, respiratory system and hearing. An advanced assessment of the vocal cords by videostroboscopy may follow. Once a problem is isolated, appropriate treatment can be implemented.

If necessary, a therapy program including voice rehabilitation and relaxation exercises is planned by our SLP. Sometimes medical, surgical or psychological treatment may also be indicated.

Therapy for the majority of vocal problems are handled by our speech-language pathologist/voice therapist, or singing/voice coach, as well as a host of other medical, chiropractic, naturopathic, and scientific consultants in related fields.
